Description

Office Administrator: The purpose of this role is to maintain the OMS phone system, greet visitors at reception and escort them to the OMS offices, maintain the OMS calendar, and perform office and administrative tasks relative to OMS ministries and churches in the countries we serve.

Responsibilities: Typical reception duties, responsibility to organize on-site and virtual meetings, maintain regular contact with constituents and missionaries, provide oversight for Salesforce activities, provide oversight for the recruitment/mobilization process, monitor the Finishers website, maintain OMS file systems, post to blogs, websites, social media as required, prepare and process various regular bulk mailings as required, pick up mail from post office, potential for grant writing participation.

Requirements: Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, exceptional people skills and concise communication (verbal and written), ability to work with minimal supervision, experience with MS Office applications, experience in Salesforce, ability to conduct internet research, valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle, exposure to accounting/bookkeeping would be an asset.

Pay commensurate with experience.
