Established since 2014, Healthy by Design empowers Christian women to rely on God as their strength so they can live lives of freedom, joy, and peace. As a faith-based health ministry, we address the body, soul, and spirit of the women we serve. We strive to communicate God’s love, peace, and acceptance as a precursor to achieving a healthy body.

Operating under our mission, we provide Bible studies, devotional guides, books, courses, and educational programs to women around the world to help them achieve a healthy weight and glorify God with their bodies.
