A. Job Description

1. To develop the English youth/teens ministry, for those youth from Grade 7 to college.

2. To provide biblical teaching.

3. To train and equip youths for outreach & spiritual growth.

4. To provide pastoral care for these youth to guide them to build & develop a personal relationship with God.

5. To meet regularly with a mentor or lead pastor of this church

B. Qualifications

1. The applicant should be a committed Christian, with a love for the youth.

2. The applicant should either have enrolled at least in the third year of a Bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry or Christian education, or enrolled at least in the second year of a graduate degree in a seminary.

3. Having some experience in the pastoral ministry for youth would be an asset.
