Position Description

The Frankford Youth Centre is hiring! We are looking for a Director who will lead FYC, a
Christian Youth Centre in Frankford, Ontario, in fulfilling its mission: “To love and serve
the youth of Frankford in positive and practical ways.”

Under the general direction of the FYC Board of Directors, the Director will plan,
develop, and implement attractive programs to provide community development and
engagement opportunities that address recognized needs for youth in Frankford. The
Director will manage program development, marketing, maintenance, administration,
and supervise paid or volunteer staff and seasonal personnel.

Candidates should be a university or college graduate in a related youth ministry,
community development or social work program or possess an equivalent combination
of education and experience. More information about the centre can be found on the FYC Website at

The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week for
an annual salary starting at $36,000 per year. Resumes must be received no later than
