An education that is dynamic, adaptive, locally relevant, and culturally appropriate requires a well-trained and inspired network of stakeholders who support and encourage students. From parents to teachers, policy-makers to community leaders, educating each child is everyone's responsibility. At Wellspring, we have spent almost 20 years in Rwanda providing grassroots training and mentoring to everyone that is a part of a child's education ecosystem, as well as advocating for systemic change at the highest levels of leadership and government across East Africa.
