Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within the budget;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;
  • Review digital team’s work and perform quality assurance checks;
  • Collaborate with various departments to solve bottlenecks;
  • Support process documentation and find efficiencies;
  • Write digital marketing copy for social media and other initiatives;
  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral;
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images;
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software;

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Proficient in communicating by spoken and written English
  • Experience in Project Management, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Project plan, timeline, and budget management)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Hard-working and dependable
  • Process-oriented, experience with process-planning
  • Able to look at a task ahead from multiple viewpoints
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Solution-focused and cool under pressure

Beneficial:

  • Experience working with churches, non-profit organizations and/or charitable organizations
  • Expertise or knowledge specific to digital marketing and marketing strategy
  • Experience leading or managing a team
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, and various Social Media platforms
  • Experience with website development life cycle
  • Experience in graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar platforms
  • Experience analyzing or developing UX/UI
  • Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (Trello, Asana, Teamwork, etc.)

Engagement

This is a 14-month full-time contract position with a solid opportunity to become full-time permanent.

Location

This hybrid job usually requires 1-2 days in-person in New Hamburg, Ontario, with the other days working from home.
