Hespeler Baptist Church exists to glorify God by making disciples who walk worthy of the gospel (Matthew 28:16-20; Ephesians 4:1-3; Philippians 1:27). By God’s grace, over the last several years, our church has grown, our staff has grown, and we are looking for an administrative/executive pastor to help sustain the health of our local church as we worship our Triune God together. In addition, we are looking for an individual who would share our particular vision to further develop our church’s pastoral residency program. In God’s providence, given the blessing of our proximity to Heritage College and Seminary, we long to provide even more opportunity for men to be discipled for pastoral ministry, not for ourselves, but to bless local churches beyond our own. This has long been part of the history and DNA of our congregation. We see the need for church planting, we see the need for church revitalization, yet upstream of both of these is the need for men who will lead and feed Christ’s flock faithfully.
