Youth Unlimited YFC Highlands reaches out to youth who fall between the cracks.  The Area Director actively participates in ministry while serving in a supervisory capacity. 

ROLE SUMMARY:

To develop and oversee all aspects of ministry within the assigned area including: assistance to currently functioning or emerging ministries, exploring opportunities to serve youth in unserved or underserved communities, partnership development for prayer support and operational funding, and the recruitment, development, and leadership of staff and volunteers.

Location: 

Orangeville is the location of the main office.  The successful candidate will be required to work within parts of our Youth Unlimited YFC Highlands region which spans from Guelph to Huntsville (location to be determined).  Candidates will have the ability to work remotely and in person.
