Mission: Providing "safe spaces" within which to build trusting relationships with caring adults using areas of common interest as a catalyst.

Role Summary:  To develop and oversee all aspects of ministry within the assigned area including: assistance to currently functioning or emerging ministries, exploring opportunities to serve youth in unserved or underserved communities, partnership development for prayer support and operational funding, and the recruitment, development, and leadership of staff and volunteers.

Location:  Orangeville is the location of the main office however, the Highlands region spans from Guelph to Huntsville.  Candidates will have the  ability to work remotely and in person.

Salary: The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is 100% funded on a missionary basis – requiring the successful applicant to fundraise and gather a personal support team. Benefits are available.
