POSITION OVERVIEW
Palmerston Christian Reformed Church is seeking a relational and spiritually mature leader who feels called to nurture faith, strengthen community, and encourage discipleship across generations.

This part-time ministry role (10–20 hours per week) works alongside the Pastor and Council to help cultivate a church where people truly belong, believe, and grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and sustain discipleship pathways that support spiritual growth at all stages of life
• Support and strengthen small groups and environments for spiritual formation
• Build meaningful relationships with youth and families
• Encourage greater participation in worship and congregational life
• Provide occasional preaching and worship leadership, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
• A growing Christian faith consistent with Reformed theology
• Strong relational and communication skills
• A heart for discipleship and mentoring others in faith
• Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership
• Interest or experience in youth and congregational ministry
• Willingness to participate in worship leadership and occasional preaching

POSITION DETAILS
Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible)
Location: Palmerston, Ontario
Start Date: Flexible, ideally by mid-June 2026
Compensation: $24–$28/hour
