Job Tasks and Responsibilities 

• participate in staff training week
• Use camp platform to access area related documents
• Help provide a positive camp experience by creating a nurturing, structured, safe, and fun environment in which you lead, direct, challenge, and encourage campers and staff
• Help ensure camper safety and participation in all aspects of camp
• Encourage campers in their morning sports programs 
• Help supervise camp activities as trained and scheduled
• Participate in camp-wide games and campfires
• Communicate with parents/guardians how their child’s week went
• Participate in daily staff meetings and devotional times
• Be able to tell a person about Jesus and pray a prayer of salvation with them
• Participate in weekly mentoring program
• Complete and review staff progress reports with your supervisor
