The Director of Finance and Operations at MCC Ontario is a key part of this important work.

This salaried, full time position is part of senior leadership of Mennonite Central Committee Ontario (MCCO), and will lead the core services functions of the organization to support the operational delivery of our core programs and services. Functional areas will include: Finance, IT, Facilities, Risk Management, and Privacy.  The Director of Finance and Operations will ensure that the physical, technological, and financial resources needed to operate MCCO effectively and efficiently are readily available, well managed and maintained, and put to strategic use. As a member of Senior Leadership Team, this role will support the organizational planning and management of MCCO.

There are some hybrid options, but the expectation of being in office ( 50 Kent Ave, Kitchener) at least 1-2 days weekly.
