Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in staff training week
• Use camp platform to access area related documents
• Help provide a positive camp experience by creating a nurturing, structured, safe, and fun environment in which you lead, direct, challenge, and encourage campers and staff
• Help clean and organize the Ice Cream Parlour

• Serve guests/staff Monday through Friday at scheduled snack bar times
• Oversee the snack bar staff working with you
• adequately stock the Ice Cream Parlour to meet demand while being conscientious of overstocking/having too many different items 
• Put weekly product orders together
• Call orders in
• Maintain profit margins
• Oversee repair and maintenance of all equipment
• Maintain health, sanitary, and safety standards
• Ensure products and cash are secure and balanced
• Report to bookkeeping weekly or more often as needed
• Complete miscellaneous duties as needed
• Participate in daily staff meetings and devotionals
• Participate in weekly mentoring program
• Complete and review staff progress reports with your supervisor
