Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau, we specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. We exist to inspire youth to shape their world.

The Role: HR and Staff Development Coordinator
This position is uniquely positioned at our resort in Rosseau, ON to live, lead and work in our community. This role not only accomplishes traditional human resources activities like recruitment, interviewing and hiring for our seasonal staff, but they also spearhead a team of young leadership staff to create a safe, fun and faith-filled community for our year round staff.
