Description
The members of Pilgrim Baptist Fellowship (PBF) are prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor/Elder to serve alongside our lay elders. We are seeking a mature disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ who meets the qualifications outlined in Scripture (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Peter 5:1-5). As the first among equals, he will lead and care for the other elders and members of the church, helping the church to fulfill her calling. His primary responsibilities are faithfully preaching and teaching the Word, as well as member care, outreach, and oversight in strategic leadership and administration.
