Our church is an evangelical Chinese church located in a small town. Due to ministry development, we are prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor with a clear calling to lead the church in pastoral care and outreach ministry.
Qualifications
1. Strong commitment to the evangelical Christian faith and sound biblical doctrine.
2. A clear calling and passion for evangelism, discipleship, and pastoral care.
3. A servant heart and willingness to work together with deacons and ministry leaders.
4. Formal theological training from an accredited seminary.
5. Minimum three years of pastoral ministry experience in North America preferred.
6. A vision and passion for ministry in a small-town setting.
7. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese for preaching and pastoral ministry. English proficiency is an asset.
