Introduction:  Windsor Chinese Alliance Church (WCAC) is a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada, serving the Chinese and local community in Windsor, Ontario since 1975. WCAC is made up of about a total of 300 members among the three congregations; namely Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. We are currently seeking God’s will in a pastor to minister to the Mandarin congregation of about 130 members.

Responsibilities and Attributes: 

• Passionate in pastoral care and prayer
  • Preaching and teaching Sunday school
  • Organizing prayer meetings and evangelistic meetings
  • Advising on various fellowship functions
  • Effective leadership with strong communication and people skill
  • Counseling
  • Partner with the other 3 pastors (1 English and 1 Mandarin Student Pastor and 1 Cantonese) in spiritual leadership

Qualifications:  Candidate should be
• M.Div. Degree or equivalent from accredited Theological seminary.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• North American pastoral experience is preferred.
• Preferably with C&MA background.
• Missions minded.
