General Description
The Marketing Co-ordinator (Maternity Leave) supports IFLC’s marketing team by promoting printed, audio, and digital resources that drive sales, fundraising, and awareness. This one-year, salaried, hybrid role (40 hours/week, through June 2027) collaborates with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and ensure quality and consistency across all materials.

Qualifications

• Marketing certificate/diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience with digital marketing tools and SEO and able to learn new platforms
• Strong organization, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Available to work on-site in Abbotsford

Starting Salary Range
$54,000–$58,000 CAD per year, with an annual Health Spending Account of $2,000+

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital ads, SEO, and social media strategies
• Assist with content creation, repurposing, and new ministry resource development
• Help co-ordinate digital and print communications
• Support department director with project scheduling, budget compliance, quality control, and brand consistency
• Track analytics and provide insights to leadership
• Maintain online store and marketing systems
• Assist the communications and marketing team with ongoing projects and departmental needs as required
