Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.

We are looking for a Director of Social Entrepreneurship (SE). As Director of Social Entrepreneurship, you will mentor, equip and challenge youth, ages 12- 19 , to live healthy, productive lives by helping them develop social entrepreneurial opportunities. In this role, it would be your priority to give youth the courage and confidence to dream and take steps toward their life and career goals. In order to help each participant develop economically sustainable livelihoods, the Social Entrepreneur Director would provide the needed life, essential and skills training as well as wraparound care, Mental Health First Aid, unpaid  and paid work-experiences, job responsibilities and long-term retention supports.  

The Director will help shape and set the vision as well as lead, resource and oversee all aspects of the Social Entrepreneurship department. They will also give leadership to fundraising for the ministry and work closely with key stakeholders and partners of the community.

The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
