Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau, we specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. We exist to inspire youth to shape their world
The Hospitality department’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our guests and staff. Hospitality staff help to provide a seamless experience by serving the needs of the guests, noticing details, taking initiative to ensure staff and guests feel cared for, and creating a clean and inviting environment for all.
Our Resort office’s primary role within this department is to be the hub of all information at Muskoka Woods. The Office Supervisor’s primary responsibility, along side the full-time Office Manager, is to create a fun and productive environment for our young staff while providing excellent customer service and responding to the needs of our parents, staff and guests on the phone, through email and at the front counter. The Office Supervisor oversees the office functions and processes, proactively manages outcomes, supervises shifts, answers phones and emails, accounts for all guests on property, solves issues, works closely with other departments, and accurately communicates information.
Leadership staff are regularly assigned to the Shutdown schedule and the Dining Room Maitre'd schedule.
Leadership staff also contribute to the overall ministry to staff and are required to lead a staff small group and conduct One 2 One's.
All leadership staff contribute to alternate duties on guest arrival and departure days as well as the weekend stayover program.
Staff are required to attend all meetings as outlined during staff training including Cadence and Small Group.
Staff are required to abide by all COVID-19 standard operating procedures including enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols within their department, in assigned areas outside of their department, and in all community living/gathering spaces.
