Job Title: Senior Pastor

We are currently seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our small but diverse Baptist church community here in Saskatoon. The ideal candidate will have a strong spiritual calling and be passionate about leading the church to make disciples and preaching the word of God. They should have a strong leadership skills and be able to inspire and motivate members of the congregation.

Responsibilities:

- Preach sermons that are engaging, thought-provoking, and relevant to the lives of members

- Provide spiritual guidance and support to members of the congregation

- Lead worship services

- Oversee the church's outreach programs and mission efforts

- Build strong relationships with members of the congregation and the wider community

- Collaborate with the Church Board and volunteers to achieve common goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in theology or related field

- Relevant ministry experience

- Good public speaking and preaching skills

- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities

- Ability to work with diverse groups of people

- Passionate about spreading the word of God and making a positive impact in the community
