At Eagles Nest we know that change is possible.  Our staff and professional volunteers at the HOPE Centre work with individuals and families looking to make those changes happen in a supportive and positive environment.

We help people develop self-worth, cultivate healthy relationships and navigate through trauma.  We offer counselling, coaching, support groups and programs to adults, youth and children. Our services are free or at minimal cost making them accessible to everyone. We welcome everyone for who they are, without regard to religion, ethnicity, race, gender or sexuality.
