Oasis Youth Care Programs is a community-based organization that exists to empower vulnerable and at-risk youth (16-29) from racialized communities around the Halton/Peel region to overcome barriers to adult independence by providing transitional support services in three main areas: (1) Housing (2) Life Skills/Coaching and (3) Mentoring.
