Job Title: ESL Teacher

Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated ESL (English as a Second Language) Teachers to join our dynamic team. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students, helping them achieve their language learning goals. This role requires creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the needs of students at varying proficiency levels.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to create an interactive and student-centered learning environment.
• Assess students' progress every month evaluation methods.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Students are ages 3-adults

Qualifications:

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is required.
• Previous teaching experience, particularly in an ESL or EFL setting, is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching is a plus.
