Description
Cottam Baptist Church was founded in 1950, the first pastor being Dr. Arnold Dalimore. We are located in a farming community 35 minutes from Windsor Ontario. We are a small Conservative congregation with an average attendance of 50 people on a Sunday morning. We do have Sunday morning service as well as Sunday evening and Wednesday night prayer and bible study.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering sermons for church services.
- Performing the ordinances for the church along with funerals and weddings as appropriate.
- Counseling, discipling, visitation and ministering to needs of members.
Qualifications
- 1 Timothy 3:1-7. Titus 1:6-9
- Desire to see the lost saved.
- Honest
- Humble
- Good communication skills - Loves the Lord
- Good example
- Compassionate
