Description
Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.
Youth Unlimited YFC is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual at The Shop program in Cambridge, ON. The interested candidate should possess excellent leadership and customer service skills, be a team player and be able to multitask. A successful candidate for this position will be running and operating the youth mentoring and training auto shop program. Working collaboratively with volunteers and staff to process the different car donations, including creating a schedule for the repairs and sales of the vehicles, while maintaining an engaging youth program.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Google Mail, and auto mechanical skills. Responsibilities include leading and directing staff and volunteers, scheduling repairs and tasks for the training sessions, following OMVIC protocols for car dealerships, updating invoices into Quickbooks, purchasing and ordering tools and parts, and maintaining positive relations with dealers.
